Outdoor Life Group Nederland Gouderak B.V. (hereinafter: OLG) is a leading company in the design, manufacture and distribution of timber garden products and greenhouses for retail partners in the Benelux. Its customers include DIY retailers, garden centres, chains specialising in gardening and pets, independent traders and online retailers.

OLG is a seasonal business. In spring and early summer, the depot is at its busiest. Every day, dozens of lorries set off carrying goods to our customers’ shops and to consumers’ homes. However, product development and our focus on consumers and market trends continue throughout the year. OLG is a compact and hands-on company with ambitious growth targets.

Are you customer-focused, a strong communicator and well-organised? Are you looking for a dynamic role in which you’ll be a crucial link between customers, hauliers and colleagues? Then we’re looking for you!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will process and monitor sales orders, answer customer enquiries and ensure that queries and issues are resolved quickly and correctly, either by telephone or email.

In doing so, you’ll oversee the entire order process: from processing the order right through to delivery to the customer. Are there any queries about a delivery, does something need to be arranged with a carrier, or has a complaint arisen? If so, you’ll take charge and work with the customer and your colleagues to find a suitable solution. You’ll work closely with the logistics, sales and procurement departments.

• You are business-minded, customer-focused, keen to learn, accurate and organised.
• You communicate easily and clearly and can interact smoothly with customers, hauliers and colleagues.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with ERP packages (SAP is an advantage) and CRM systems.
• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You are available for at least 24 hours per week.
